A Culture of Reasonable Kindness and Gentle Ambition

In Nilkawt, it is frequently observed that unenlightened persons have a propensity to express maliciousness.  They often do so unthinkingly and unquestioningly.  They have prejudices and excessive ambitions, or no ambitions at all and an aggressive sense of entitlement.  They may be egocentric or even narcissistic.  They may intentionally or unintentionally be abusive.

It is usually only possible to forgive unintended maliciousness, especially when the perpetrator volunteers for training in remedial etiquette.  In Nilkawt, a culture of reasonable kindness and gentle ambition is predominant, or at least it has been predominant since the coronation of the new head of state.
